Deschy Constructions began with one man and a bold decision. In search of greener pastures, our founder left France for the United States — arriving with little more than a strong work ethic and a determination to build a better life.
He studied his craft, learned the business from the ground up, and in 1987 founded the company that still carries the family name. For eight years he built it on his own, earning a reputation for doing things right and standing behind every job.
Then, in 1995, he brought his entire family across the Atlantic to join him. Together they made a home in the United States and a life in the business — working side by side, as they still do today. What started as one immigrant's ambition is now a family company built on the same values it began with.
We say what we'll do, then we do it — no hidden costs, no cut corners.
Every person on our sites goes home safe, every single day.
We sweat the details others skip, because that's what makes a build last.
Clear communication and one accountable team from start to finish.
Experienced leaders guiding every project from first estimate to final handover.
As president, Julian sets the direction of Deschy Constructions and owns our standards on every project. He shapes the long-term vision of the company and holds each build to the quality and integrity the family name has stood for from the very first job.
As head of operations, Emmanuel leads Deschy Constructions in the field — on the ground with the crews and running each build day to day. He owns how our projects come together, keeping every active site on schedule, on budget and to standard from groundbreaking to handover.
As director of preconstruction, Derek leads estimating, budgeting and value engineering before ground ever breaks. He shapes each project in its earliest stages — pricing the work, planning the approach and engineering value in — so every build starts on a solid, realistic footing.
As director of health and safety, Linda owns our safety program and keeps every site compliant and certified. She sets the standards that protect our crews day to day, making sure each build meets every regulation from groundbreaking through to final handover.
